    We can attest to the work Frank did in two of our homes..Fabulous! Major stuff...3 full bathrooms, one of which had complicated steam and shower systems and fancy tub ...  he tore down walls and redesigned rooms...built an attic room..remodeled kitchen.. changed inside and outer doors and  windows. Frank is the most reliable contractor who ever worked in our homes. On a scale of one to ten, I thought the demolition of an old plaster bath and rennovation to a new modern bath would be as bad as a 15. Frank and his crews made it a one! Frank started on the day he promised, finished on schedule, cleaned up daily and made this as pleasurable an experience as one can have while undergoing construction. The "extras" bill was reasonable and accurate.

He was pleasant and accommodating, exact in his work and readily agreeable to correct any minor changes needed. Each step was completed as promised and his subs were wonderful. They were professional and polite and very respectful of the household as they worked. When they said they would arrive at 8AM, they were exactly on time-every time.

In addition to our beautiful new bath, we were especially pleased that, despite an very well built hundred year old house with plaster walls and solid mud floors, there was virtually no damage to surrounding areas. We feared that our foyer ceiling would come crashing down, but it did not even have a crack. Noise was minimized, dust contained, and the job handled in a very professional manner. We would hire Frank-Lin Interiors for future jobs without any hesitancy.

I am thrilled that I found Frank. We needed to renovate a house before we moved in - the kitchen, bath and office needed to be completely redone, along with many other problems the house had (leaky roof, musty basement etc). He did a beautiful job on the remodels and repairs - his crew always cleaned up after themselves,and Frank has always been willing to stop by and help us with other small projects or problems we might have.
